BOARDING

Your dog is part of your family. When you need to be away from your dog for travel, work obligations, or family events where your pup can’t accompany you, it’s important to have a safe second-home for your four-legged friend.

At Stone Hollow, we understand dogs and have invested a great deal of our time and energy over the past 12 years to create a place where you can feel comfortable leaving your pet. Our safe, sanitary facility is located on 42 wooded acres with all the amenities of home-including care and love.

At Stone Hollow, we offer a limited number of canine cabins that range in size from 4' for our smaller friends, up to 8' for our larger dogs or family packs.

BOARDING INCLUDES:

  • cabin space

  • feedings

  • socialization time outdoors

  • play time

  • potty breaks

  • medications, as needed

*Exercise and group play is included in the cost for all social dogs, exceptions can be made. No shots will be administered during your pet’s stay.

 

REQUIREMENTS

REQUIRED FOR STAY

  • Food - we like to have owners bring their pet’s own food, to keep them on their diet and schedule

  • Copy of up-to-date vaccination records

    • To ensure your pet and others are protected, we require the following vaccinations:

      • DHLPP (Distemper-PARVO)

      • Rabies

      • Bordetella (kennel cough)

      • In addition, we ask dogs to be on a flea/tick preventative

    • Proof of these vaccinations from your veterinarian is required prior to boarding. Your vet is welcome to fax or e-mail to Stone Hollow for your pet; fax 563-852-6069 and/or tory@stonehollowdog.com. All vaccinations must be done at least five days prior to boarding.

  • Medications (if applicable)

  • A leash for walk-in (please, no retractable leashes)

OPTIONAL ITEMS FOR STAY

  • Bedding

  • Toys

  • Treats (no raw hide please)

  • Anything that will make your pup comfortable

Daily Boarding Rate Single Occupancy-$40

SH Training Graduate Daily Boarding Rate, Single Occupancy-$35

Daily Boarding Rate, Double Occupancy-$75

SH Training Graduate Daily Boarding Rate, Double Occupancy-$70

 

DROP OFF & PICK UP HOURS

Monday-Friday: 8:00AM to 10:00 AM & 3:00PM to 5:00PM

Saturday: 8:00AM to 9:00AM

Sunday: 8:00AM to 10:00AM & 2:00PM to 4:00PM

All drop-offs and pick-ups are by appointment, unless between 8:00-9:00AM.

*Closed for drop-off’s and pick-up’s on major holidays

*After-hour drop-offs and pick-ups will be charged an additional $25.00 fee and must be approved by Stone Hollow.

CANCELLATION POLICY

At Stone Hollow, we understand that things happen in life that force us to change plans.If that happens to you, we ask that you kindly provide us 48-hours’ notice to cancel or schedule a change to your training stay or lessons. If we are unable to re-book your time space or reserved run due to inadequate notice,Stone Hollow will charge your credit card a $25.00 cancellation fee for each run reserved. Clients who fail to provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice for cancelations or early pick-ups will be charged for the entire scheduled reservation.To read more about our cancellation policy, please click the button below.
